Indulge in a Feast: CCA New Year's Buffet Dinner for a Memorable Celebration

The Colchester Chinese Association will hold a Lunar New Year buffet dinner on February 4, 2025, the seventh day of the New Year (Tuesday), at the association centre. Members and individuals from all walks of life are welcome to participate in celebrating this traditional Chinese festival. Details are as follows:

Time:

From 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM on that day.

Tickets:

1) Free for senior members aged 65 and above (with ID verification).

2) Members: £10, Non-members: £12. Children under 1.2 meters: £5. Children under 3 years old: free.

3) Free for CCA Chinese school teachers, students, and administrative staff.

To ensure a joyful and orderly dinner, the executive committee recommends purchasing tickets in advance at MM Supermarket.

Program Schedule:

1) Performances by CCA Chinese school teachers and students.

2) Lion dance.

3) Raffle draw.

Grand Prize: £1000

Second Prize: £500

Third Prize: £300

Additionally, there will be 20 gifts, each worth £60 waiting for you.

Dinner Menu:

Beef brisket, braised pork, salt and pepper chicken wings,

Char siu, Kyoto bones, boiled prawns, curry chicken, lettuce, soy sauce chicken, Cantonese old meat, monk's vegetarian dish, roast pork, braised tofu,

prawn crackers, sesame prawns, onion rings, spring rolls, chicken strips, soy sauce fried noodles, Vietnamese spring rolls, salad.

Desserts:

Deep-fried dumplings, mango sago, sweet red dates, fried dough twists.

New Year cakes will be given to seniors.
